Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina, had announced that the SGF would be sworn in alone while the ministers would be joined in nine batches of a group of five for their own swearing-in.
Mustapha, from Adamawa State, was first appointed as the SGF in October, 2017, replacing Babachir Lawal, who was relieved of the position, following the controversial grass-cutting contract he awarded to firms said to be linked to him.
