I recently had a D and C to terminate a two-month- old pregnancy. Unfortunately since I had the procedure about two weeks ago, I have been having abdominal cramps followed by bleeding. Please let me know what to do about this.

It is obvious from your complaint that you still have some retained products of conception in your uterus. The best thing to do is to have a scan which will show the quantity of what is left in your uterus. The doctor can then use the result of the scan as a guide to evacuate the remaining products.
