Blood after urinating

I recently started passing some fresh drops of blood after urinating. This happened a few weeks after my return from the village where I swam in the local stream. Please help me.

Kindly approach the nearest hospital to you for a confirmatory urine test and the appropriate medication. In addition, your local health officials should as a matter of urgency disinfect or drain off the stream in order to terminate the growth of the infecting organism.
