He said that the students would achieve success in life if they could be self-disciplined and be focused.
Olarewaju noted that most successful people in the world had always attributed their successes to self-discipline and determination.
The banker said that self-discipline would make them stand out among their colleagues, saying they were created to make a difference.
He added that by imbibing self-discipline, they would be able to create a brand and value for themselves in the labour market.
Also, an educationalist, Mrs Romoke Adedokun, advised the students to desist from associating with bad friends in order to actualise their dreams in future.
Adedokun noted that bad friends and associates would always bring negative influences on them and might kill their dreams and purposes.
“Choose your associates and friends wisely as they will define your personality and contribute to how far you can go in life.
“Therefore, I urge you all to associate with friends who can help you to achieve your goals, dreams and purposes in life,” she said.
She also advised other students to choose subjects where they could perform very well and have comparative advantages instead of emulating their friends.
