Am I pregnant?

My boyfriend and I are practising abstinence. However, last month while playing with our clothes fully on, he masturbated on my pant. Now I cant see my menses again.  I want to know if someone can be pregnant without actual sex.

If as you said there was no penetration but some amount of semen spilled on your pant, the likelihood of your being pregnant is very low. However, a lot of unexpected things could take place in moments of passion even ‘when fully clothed’. My advice will be for you to go for a pregnancy test as soon as possible.
