The lead pastor of New Dawn Baptist Church, Lagos, Reverend (Dr) Samson Adedokun is set to launch his new book, entitled, ‘Pastor Palava: Stories from the Pastorium’.
The cleric will launch the book on February 1 to celebrate his 50th birthday.
Adedokun explained that ‘Pastor Palava’ captures the life of pastors in a comical but unique way.
He said: “It is an exploration into ‘the lighter side of ministry as it introduces you to enigmatic pastors, quirky parishioners, and peculiar predicaments. It offers a fresh perspective on the joys and tribulations of shepherding. He disclosed that a worship service will be held by 11am on his birthday while also launching a 50 for 50 initiative.
Adedokun is a preacher teacher, writer, trainer, speaker, mentor, and leadership expert.
His publications include “Beautiful But Barren”, “The Wisdom of The Wise”, “Dressed To Kill”, “RopeHolders”, “Ripple Makers”, “The Frontliners, Hidden”, “What Cad Does Not Know” and “Rebel Leadership”.
