THE Adamawa state chapter of the All Progressive Congress (APC) has debunked the speculation that the state Governor, Senator Mohammed Umaru Jibrilla Bindow has barred his deputy, Engineer Martins Babale from his campaign train at the instance of some stakeholders.
The state chairman of the party, Always Ibrahim Bilal Moda, said the rumoured rancour exist only in the imagination of some mischievous politicians who are seeking relevance.
“We in APC, Adamawa are well organised and had established campaign councils and shared ourselves into the 3 zones for effective coverage of the state.
Babale not been in Ganye was only strategic and not because of rancour.”
Moda said he was not aware that any stakeholder gave Bindow an ultimatum to change Engineer Martins Babale as his deputy, stressing that such issues cannot be determined by mere wishes of an individual.

The processes of selecting a deputy have long passed.
“We have long passed that processes.”
He drew the attention of the party members and the general public to the fact that both the Governor and his deputy appeared together at the party rally in Hong on Monday, 4th February 2019.
Moda appealed to all the rank and file of the party to mobilise themselves and vote the party massively in the forthcoming elections.
It would be recalled that last week, speculations were rife that gov Bindow had barred his deputy from his campaign train.
