Former security men, now Instagram Comedians, Happie Boiz, have tendered an apology to a clergyman and Senior Pastor of OPM Ministries, Apostle Johnson Ugochinyere.
Recall that Happie Boiz made news in June after they called out the clergyman who sent them on scholarship to Cyprus.
They claimed the clergyman abandoned them in the foreign land, gave them money for the first six months after arriving in Cyprus, and stopped supporting them financially.
Reacting to their allegation, Pastor Ugochinyere said it became a problem to continue sending them money because of the economy and exchange rate. He proposed transferring their studies to Nigeria or a neighbouring African country. He also stated that he had paid for their tickets to fly out of Cyprus.
The men, in their response, said they would not be returning to Nigeria and went on to taunt the clergyman.
In a new video shared on their page, late afternoon on September 7th, 2023, Happie Boiz said things aren’t going well for them in Cyprus and asked the clergyman to forgive them. They said they were ready to fly to Nigeria to apologize if the pastor wished personally.
‘’We are here to say a big sorry to Nigerians, especially Papa OPM. We know that we have wronged him, and we have admitted our mistake. Please find a place in your heart and forgive us” one said
‘’Even if he wants us to return to Nigeria right now to get his forgiveness, we will return. We are sorry.” Another said
