I noticed a gradual swelling of my scrotum over the last few months to the extent that my scrotum has now swallowed my penis. The doctor said I have ‘water in my scrotum’ and will require an operation to solve this problem. Since I am afraid of an operation, can you kindly prescribe some medications with which I can quickly clear the problem?

Your complaint tallies well with a case of Hydroecele (Water in the scrotum). Unfortunately, there are no tablets to cure the ailment. What is needed is a surgical procedure if handled by capable hands in a good hospital setting is safe and effective.
