INGREDIENTS
Fish (of your choice)
Egg
Salt
Seasoning
Vegetable oil/palm oil
METHOD
Wash fish and boil with little salt for 10 minutes. After boiling, de-bone the fish and mash thoroughly. Add in raw egg and seasoning. Mix thoroughly and mould into balls (the egg acts as a binder to keep fish from breaking while frying). Fry in oil over medium heat (you can use either vegetable oil or palm oil.) until crispy. Enjoy!
