THIS week, a Kenyan fraud, one Prophet David Owuor, got his church members into a frenzy when he showed them his supposed WhatsApp chats with God. You see, these individuals are audaciously godless, and that’s precisely why they have such massive, surging crowds. This guy scammed Nicholas Maduro, the Venezuelan president Donald Trump later stole in broad daylight, with false prophecies of safety, but some people recently invited him to Nigeria for a crusade! But how do you address these scammers without a true knowledge of the Biblical God? In Isaiah 44:8 we read: “Fear ye not, neither be afraid: have not I told thee from that time, and have declared it? ye are even my witnesses. Is there a God beside me? yea, there is no God; I know not any.” In this piece, then, I show the Biblical presentation of the Almighty God, and why it is plain lunacy to look at Him as any kind of Trinity.

Until the Nicea Council of 325 AD, the Trinity doctrine was a mere proposal. The original apostles of the First Church Age never believed in it. Before you argue with me, please read. The great debate between the Arian camp and the Trinity camp was resolved by Emperor Constantine in favour of the latter, but Arius and his disciples were actually closer to the Apostolic Truth than the Trinitarians. The Arians, however, did not have the pure truth, and so it was a case of two blind camps debating who the Biblical God really is. Anyway, the point I want to make is that the formalization of the Trinity belief was accomplished at the Nicea Council: it was a political decision.
Now, who does the Bible say that Almighty God is? This is the answer: He is a Sovereign Spirit, the Creator of the universe. In Isaiah 43:11, He says of Himself: “I, even I, am the LORD; and beside me there is no savior.” If you look at the Scriptures from Genesis to Revelation, this is the consistent picture. At no time is the Almighty God presented as a Trinity. That leads straight to a key question: Who is Jesus Christ? He is the Son of the Living God. Jesus, the man born by Mary, is NOT the Creator. He is not the One that Isaiah 43 that I just referenced refers to. The Creator who spoke with Job and the other prophets is a Sovereign Spirit; He CANNOT become flesh. It is heresy to hold that the Creator and Sustainer of this universe can be born, or that there can be a “Mother of God.”
Jesus is a person like you and I, but He was born without the inherited sin that we are all born with, and is the centre of our salvation in God. In other words, God created Him and made Him our sin sacrifice. Jesus is not God and never told anyone that he was God. He constantly proclaimed: “For my Father is greater than I.” Just how can Jesus be God, and still pray to God? In the Scriptures that appear to portray Jesus as God—and remember that the Bible was translated by Trinitarians—it is the Almighty God dwelling in his (Jesus’) spiritual make up, not Jesus the man, that is speaking. Therefore when He said: “Before Abraham was, I am,” it was the Father speaking. To anyone who would argue with me, I throw this challenge: Show by the entire Bible, how anyone can picture God as three persons in one. To begin with, God is NOT a person, and can never become a person. If Jesus was God, then who was taking care of this Universe when he was being born? If Jesus was God, then why did He constantly speak of His Father? How can a son be his own father? The problem that people have is the Trinity orientation, which is nothing but spiritual garbage. If God is one in the Old Testament, just how can He become three in the New? Does He change? God manifesting Himself in three different office works (as Father in creation, through the flesh of His son in redemption, and as the Holy Spirit in regeneration) doesn’t make Him a Trinity.
In the Bible, you will see “God the Father” and God “the Holy Spirit”, but you will never see “God the son.” It wasn’t Jesus who made angels, the skies, Adam, and the animal kingdom; it was the Sovereign Spirit who spoke in Genesis. It was Trinitarians who tried to make Jesus God. If you go to Israel and tell them that there is another God apart from the One they have always known, you will be speedily executed. If God is a Spirit, then commonsense will tell you that He is not the spirit operating in mad people, for instance: He is a Holy Spirit. If God is different from the Holy Spirit, then why did the Bible say that Jesus was the offspring of the Holy Spirit (Luke 1:35)?
Look at the encounter on Mount Sinai: (Exodus 19:18-21) : “And mount Sinai was altogether on a smoke, because the LORD descended upon it in fire: and the smoke thereof ascended as the smoke of a furnace, and the whole mount quaked greatly. And when the voice of the trumpet sounded long, and waxed louder and louder, Moses spake, and God answered him by a voice. And the LORD came down upon mount Sinai, on the top of the mount: and the LORD called Moses up to the top of the mount; and Moses went up. And the LORD said unto Moses, Go down, charge the people, lest they break through unto the LORD to gaze, and many of them perish.” Having read this, do you still think that God can be born? Please, avoid insanity.
The Trinitarians love quoting the phrase, “let us” in Genesis 1:26, saying that God was talking with Jesus and the Holy Spirit. This is insane, because God Himself is the Holy Spirit. Unless you have a revelation, a divine insight, you will just be interpreting the Bible like a poem. When you read the Chapter further, it says: “So God created man in HIS own image.” Think about it: How can “three gods in one” have made this universe? God Almighty has no beginning; Jesus had a beginning. You err if you think it was Jesus the man who raised Lazarus from the dead. It was the Father. Show me a single miracle that Jesus performed before the Incarnation, and I will apologize for the things I say here.
People read the Bible everyday, but it only makes them blinder than a bat, because they were never ordained to Life. Having laid this background, I can now address David Owuor any time I choose, and he will feel very sorry for himself.
My final statement: if you don’t believe me, stay with your god and let me stay with mine. My own God cannot be born, and is not drinking tea with anybody.
