- Indomie recipe
- Vegetable oil
- Rodo(scotch bonnet)
- Smoked fish
- Liver
- Carrot
- Green peas
- Onions
- Seasoning
- Egg
- Salt

Procedure for cooking fried Noodle
- Parboil your indomie recipe for 3 minutes, or until softened, but not too soft and without the flavor packets. Sieve noodles and set aside.
- Slice your onions, carrots, scotch bonnet (rodo) in a separate bowl.
- Heat your vegetable oil
- Add your sliced onions and pepper in oil and stir. Cook for 3 minutes and transfer to a separate dish.
- Heat another vegetable oil.
- Add your sliced carrots, smoked fish, liver and green peas in the heated oil and stir. Cook for some minutes.
- Add the fried pepper in it with seasoning. Cook and stir for 2 minutes.
- Add the parboiled noodles into it and stir. You can add little oil in case the oil is not enough. Cook for another 5-6 minutes.
In case you want to add egg, scramble your egg in a bowl.
Heat your vegetable oil then add the scrambled egg alongside your salt and seasoning. Cook and stir for about 3 minutes.
Serve with your fried noodles.
