The Court of Appeal, Abuja Division has scheduled 4 pm March 17 to hear the appeal brought before it by the Suspended National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Adams Oshiomhole, challenging the ruling of a High Court of the Federal Capital Territory, which suspended him from office.
The Court had, earlier in the morning, told parties in the matter that hearing in the appeal was reserved to a date that would be communicated to them.

However, Tribune Online gathered that a panel of justices of the appellate court will be sitting by 4 pm this evening to hear Oshiomhole’s appeal.
Justice Danlami Senchi of a High Court of the Federal Capital Territory had, on March 4, 2020, suspended Oshiomhole from office, a ruling, the suspended APC national chairman is challenging in his four grounds of appeal.
