The prison release date of American rapper Sean John Combs, popularly known as Sean Diddy, has been moved up again, with the Federal Correctional Institution in Fort Dix, New Jersey, now listing Feb. 5, 2028, as the date he is expected to leave prison.

The latest change comes weeks after the rapper was released from solitary confinement following an altercation with another inmate at the facility.

Sean Diddy release date has shifted several times in recent months. In July, Page Six confirmed with the Federal Bureau of Prisons that his release had been brought forward by one month, from Feb. 23, 2028, to Jan. 24, 2028, after the three-time Grammy winner was involved in a brawl with another prisoner.

However, the agency’s website later listed Feb. 20, 2028, as Sean Diddy release date earlier this month. The latest listing from the Federal Correctional Institution in Fort Dix now shows Feb. 5, 2028.

TMZ reported in July that Sean Diddy, 56, became involved in a heated confrontation after another inmate allegedly dissed him.

Multiple sources told the outlet that the prisoners scuffled and pushed each other during the incident. One insider alleged that Combs “held his own” during the altercation.

Prison staff eventually intervened and separated the men, after which Sean Diddy, who is a father of seven, was placed in solitary confinement.

TMZ reported in August that Sean Diddy had subsequently been released from solitary confinement. The Federal Bureau of Prisons declined to confirm details about his confinement to Page Six, saying in a statement, “For privacy, safety, and security reasons, we do not release information regarding the conditions of confinement for any inmate, including housing assignments, nor do we discuss whether a particular inmate is the subject of allegations, investigations, or sanctions.”

Sean Diddy was sentenced to 50 months in prison and later transferred from the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York, to Fort Dix.

The Revolt co-founder also continues to face dozens of lawsuits containing allegations including sexual assault, drugging and trafficking. Combs has maintained his innocence.
