In the Nigerian music industry, Adeyemo Akintunde Femi, known as Psalmist Nifemi, dedicates his artistic skills to promoting quality care for mothers and children in Nigeria.
Born in Lagos State, Adeyemo’s educational journey, starting from Landrose International School to the African Church Model College, laid the foundation for a career marked by musical excellence.
His quest for knowledge reached its peak with a degree in nursing science (BNsc) from Obafemi Awolowo University.
Motivated by the profound loss of his mother due to inadequate healthcare during a crucial moment in his life, Adeyemo, the self-proclaimed “love apostle” and “joy dispenser,” found inspiration to sing-teach and sing-preach the new creation realities in Christ through his music.
This personal tragedy became a driving force for change, fueling his determination to address systemic issues and ensure that others do not experience similar heartbreaking losses.
Psalmist Nifemi’s initiatives resonate not only in the melody of his music but also in tangible efforts to enhance maternal and child healthcare services.
From leading awareness campaigns to implementing practical solutions, he stands at the forefront of endeavours to uplift the quality of care provided to mothers and children across the nation.
