There was mild drama on Tuesday afternoon at the Ikeja headquarters of the Lagos State Police Command as the newly redeployed Commissioner of Police in the state, Imohimi Edgal failed to hand over to the newly-appointed CP Kayode Egbetokun.
Journalists, who had converged to witness the handing over from Edgal to Egbetokun were surprised as the in-coming CP drove out of the premises without being handed over to.
