I recently went for a Sperm Test due to complaints by my girlfriend that my sperm appears very watery. I was alarmed when the result showed that I had only 10 per cent active sperms in my semen. Please help me.

It is also advisable to get your sample to the laboratory as soon as the collection is made to avoid a false negative result. In addition, apart from the sperm count, it will also be necessary to carry out an analysis of your sperm in order to know if it is infected and the right types of drugs to clear the infection. Apart from infection, other causes of watery sperm and low sperm count such as blockage of the seminal tubes among other causes will also be addressed by your doctor after a thorough examination.
