No sex at 30

I am a 30 year old spinster. Because of my religion which forbids sex before marriage, I am still a virgin. Unfortunately, some of my friends are of the opinion that my lack of sex is not good and that I am prone to many kinds of diseases. Although I am eager to keep to my faith, I am worried in case their claims come true. Please help me to clear the air.

There is no truth in the above named superstition. In fact, you should be commended for keeping away from sex until you have been married. Apart from avoiding sexually transmitted diseases, abstinence also helps you to avoid unwanted pregnancy.
