No pregnancy after marriage

i have been married for about three years without getting pregnant for a day. All the tests done on me in the hospital showed that I am healthy. Unfortunately, my husband who is a businessman and who travels a lot does not want to do any test. I am already 35-years-old and I am worried about the approaching menopause. Please help me.

A couple is only deemed to be infertile if no pregnancy occurs after about one year of living together with regular sex. In addition, a woman has just about ten days to get pregnant during her monthly period. It is during this period that sex with your husband can lead to pregnancy. Therefore, the first thing to do is for you and your husband to sit down together and work out your fertile period when he should be around. It is only after doing this for the next one year without any positive result that you can now start thinking of going for some tests.
