Kindly advise me on what to do about my urine which is very yellow.
Daniel (by SMS)
Although a person’s urine can be yellow due to a pigment called urochrome (or urobilin), which is a byproduct of the breakdown of old red blood cells, the intensity of the yellow color depends on hydration levels; more concentrated urine (from less fluid intake) appears darker amber, while more diluted urine (from high fluid intake) appears pale yellow.
Other factors like vitamins, medications, or certain health conditions can also alter urine color. You should have regular water intake in order to reduce the yellowish intensity of your urine.
