I am thinking of commencing a Vegetarian Diet because I have been told that it is a very healthy form of diet. My worry though is how to get the protein that I need. Kindly advise me.

Protein is very important for body growth as well as the maintenance of normal body functions. Even if you are on a vegetarian diet, you can still get the protein you need from sources such as; lentils, legumes, nuts/seeds, soy products (such as tofu or soy meat substitutes), eggs, and dairy products. In order to achieve the desired effects in the body, you need to be consistent in consuming these protein food sources several times throughout the day.
