There was a low turnout of voters just as Bimodal Voter Accreditation System (BVAS) failures were noticed in most polling units in Delta north during the governorship and house of assembly yesterday.

Qwa is the home place of Governor Ifeanyi Okowa.

The monarch had arrived at the ward 1 unit 7 polling station in Owa Oyibu headquarters of the Ika northeast council area and made several attempts before he was accredited.
