Lontor assures trade partners of support, unveils new sales policy, offerings

THE management of Lontor Hi-Tech Development Company Limited has assured trade partners of the company’s resolve towards providing the necessary support that would enable them enhance their bottom-lines and give them the competitive edge to mitigate the effects of the nation’s inclement business weather.

One of such supports, it stated, are the introduction of its highly competitive prices for its offerings, especially its latest air-conditioning appliances and a new sales policy designed to drive their businesses.

Disclosing this at the company’s ‘New Product Launch and Dealers’ Meeting’ held at the weekend in Lagos, the company’s General Manager, Mr Siji Ogunsiji, explained that the sales policy expected to last for one week is designed to enable such trade partners make some money on purchase of a specified number of the company’s new air-conditioners, even before they start selling.

He expressed the company’s belief that the sales policy would go a long way in assisting those businesses improve their bottom-lines, thereby enhancing their performances.

Ogunsiji also reiterated the company’s commitment to providing the trade partners with innovative products that would give them a competitive advantage in the market segment, such as products compete.

According to him, the formal unveiling of the company’s air conditioners in the market signified the beginning of the company’s well-conceived plans to take over the A/C market in the country.

“We have been around for 23 years but what make today’s event significant is the fact that besides the fact that we are launching our air-conditioning offerings, we are also, with the launch, signifying our intention to take over that market in no distant future,” he stated.

In his remarks, the company’s Managing Director, Andrew Wei, described the event as not just a product launch, but a strategic conference for the Lontor brand.

He described the new set of products as a demonstration of Lontor’s relentless pursuit of innovation and quality and its start of a journey in having the company’s full manufacturing plant established in Nigeria in the nearest future.
