The recent appointment of Engineer Lekan Badmus as the Asiwaju Musulumi of Osogboland has sparked significant discussions within the Osogbo Muslim community.
Olalekan, son of Alhaji Tunde Badmus and Chairman of Tuns Farm was selected for this esteemed position, traditionally bestowed upon a distinguished Muslim leader in the community.
Engr. Lekan Badmus, a seasoned engineer and former Acting Managing Director of Tuns Farm, brings a wealth of experience to his new role. His father, Alhaji Olatunde Badmus, has been a prominent figure in the Muslim community, known for his leadership and contributions to Islamic and societal development.
The younger Badmus’s appointment is seen by some as a continuation of his father’s legacy, aiming to further the progress and unity of Muslims in Osogboland.
