This was made known by the Executive Secretary of Kaduna State Pension Bureau, Mr Dan Ndackson during the launch of the scheme on Monday.
He listed the designated banks that pensioners can go for the verification as United Bank for Africa(UBA), Zenith Bank and Keystone Bank.
He said the aff of all branches of the three selected banks have been directed to attend to Kaduna state pensioners once they present themselves.

Ndackson who said that the exercise will commence on June ‘’as part of the reform of the pension system by the Governor Nasir El Rufai administration’’, further said that ‘’ the thumb printing will be evidence that the pensioner is still alive and on that basis, he or she will continue to receive his monthly benefits.”
The Executive Secretary warned pensioners that ‘’failure to give your thumbprint within 90 days, shall result in your being suspended from the pension payroll until you thumbprint again.’’
He pointed out that with the Easy Pay Verification Scheme, ‘’it is now goodbye to queuing for pensioner verification. Goodbye to dying in the course of pensioner verification in Kaduna state.’’
