President Muhammadu Buhari has flagged off the presidential retreat for ministers-designate, federal permanent secretaries and top government functionaries.
The event is taking place at the conference center of the presidential villa, Abuja.
The two-day retreat is a prelude to the swearing in of new ministers on Wednesday.
