According to the Yamaha ambassador, the privilege to have become a great saxophonist is divine, having suffered from a deadly disease; a lungs problem, that would have cut short his life.
The musician-cum-cleric, who is one of the close associate, the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), worldwide, Pastor Enoch Adeboye, recalled that his trouble times became history when he was healed from the disease through a divine encounter with the famous cleric.
In his bid to appreciate God for his success story in his music career, Pastor Ajayi, is to stage a classy event marking his 30 years of ministry.
The event tagged: In His Presence, will be graced by dignitaries from all walks of life, top government functionaries, fans and well-wishers on January 21.
The chief host, Lagos State governor, Akinwumi Ambode, will lead other dignitaries including ,Pastor Adeboye, a former Cross River State governor, Donald Duke; music legends, Evangelist Ebenezer Obey-Fabiyi, and King Sunny Ade to the the event.
R also gathered that Nathaniel Bassey and Beejay Sax will join other top musicians to thrill guests at the Convention Centre, Eko Hotel and Suites, Lagos State, venue.
According to the celebrant, the event will also feature the official launching of his music academy, which is targeted at raising young talents through all kinds of musical instruments.
