Niger State Governor, Mohammed Umaru Bago, has extended his heartfelt condolences to his deputy, Comrade Yakubu Garba, following the death of his younger brother, Umar Garba Kuta.

In a condolence message delivered through his Chief Press Secretary, Bologi Ibrahim, the governor expressed deep sorrow over the loss, describing it as a tragic event.

He emphasized that the loss is not only a personal tragedy for the deputy’s family but also a significant loss to the entire state.

Governor Umaru Bago encouraged his deputy to find comfort and remain steadfast in the will of Allah, who is all-knowing. He stated:

> “This is truly a painful loss, and I share in your grief. Please accept this as an act of Allah, understanding that death is inevitable, and we cannot question our Creator.”

The governor prayed that Allah, in His infinite mercy, would forgive the deceased’s shortcomings and grant him Aljannat Firdausi (the highest paradise).

He also prayed that Allah would give the immediate and extended families of the deceased the strength to bear this irreparable loss.

The late Alhaji Umar Garba, who served as the Chief Imam of Rafin Kuka, passed away at the age of 46, leaving behind a wife, two children, and an aged mother.
