Ganduje meets Buhari’s Chief of Staff, Abba Kyari 

Amidst controversy being generated over his rivalry with his predecessor, Governor of Kano state, Umar Ganduje on Monday met with the Chief of Staff to the president, Abba Kyari for what he said was a private visit.

He was at the presidential villa with a few National Assembly members representing the state.

When approached by State House correspondents, he said he was there on a private visit to Kyari.

The governor had been in a long-running battle with his predecessor, Senator Rabiu Kwankwaso who had insisted on visiting Kano on Tuesday against the police advice to shelve it because of security concerns.
