What kinds of fruits should Diabetics avoid?

People with diabetes don’t need to avoid any specific fruits completely, but it’s important to be mindful of their sugar and carbohydrate contents. Some fruits raise blood sugar levels faster than others, and it’s wise to consume those in moderation.
Some fruits which should be limited include; Dried fruits, Tropical fruits such as mangoes, bananas and pineapples, Fruit juice and Canned fruits in syrup. It is important to watch your portion sizes and keep an eye on your blood sugar levels to see how different fruits affect you personally.
