Coordinator of National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) in Kaduna, Alhaji Dahunsi Mohammed had earlier made a personate appeal to the state government to erect and furnish additional blocks of the hostel and staff quarters at the permanent orientation camp.
This according to the Coordinator, the facilities would help the state to have more corps members deployed to it by the scheme thereby having essential staff like medical doctors in its workforce across the state to address inadequacy in its medical sector in the interest of the people of the state.
The coordinator, however, expressed appreciation to Governor, Nasir el-Rufai for completion of the first phase of the renovation work at the camp which he said had made the orientation course more conducive.
The orientation course is the first of the four cardinal points of NYSC where corps members have tutored the nitty-gritty of task ahead under maximum regimentation within 21 days.
