ACTION Democratic Party (ADP) governorship candidate in Ekiti State, Otunba Segun Adewale popularly called (OSAPraPra), has promised to assemble competent hands to join him in running the affairs of the state when elected as governor on July 14.
ADP governorship candidate gave the pledge while receiving some Ekiti groups at his campaign office at the weekend in Ado Ekiti, declaring that he was poised to provide good governance to the people of the state.
The renowned entrepreneur, who lamented the poor economic outlook of the state, enjoined the electorate to use their votes to effectively usher in a new government that would have their interest at heart and work for their common good.
“The fundamental issue facing this state is poor leadership. But I assure you that with your mandates, I will address it by assembling a competent team that will effectively manage the affairs of this state,” he said.
The ADP chieftain said there were a lot of works to be done to salvage Ekiti State from its current uninspiring situation, assuring the people of his commitment and workable solutions based on said his 7 point agenda for economic recovery, to set the state on the path of growth and development.
“Though the level of unemployment, economic and environmental development appears daunting but with your mandates and supports, we will evolve opportunities that will birth a virile Ekiti State,” he stated.
“I assure you of capable hands, whose cooperation and understanding, will set the state on the path of progress. I am equally determined to engage more youth and women as part of my team to salvage the state from its current State of economic trouble,” he added.
