Broadcast Association gets new excos

New officers have emerged to pilot the affairs of the Association of Nigeria Broadcasters (ANBROAD) for the next three years.

At the election held at Yes Media Academy Hall, Ibadan, a veteran broadcaster, Alhaji Abdulrasaq Abdulganeey, emerged as president of the association.

Other elected leaders included Akinyemi Olatoye as Vice President 1 and Adeola Balogun as Vice President 2.

Speaking after his emergence, the newly elected president, Abdulrasaq, promised transparency, accountability, and a commitment to elevating ANBROAD.

The ANBROAD has duties that include setting goals, supporting broadcasters, and addressing significant issues within the industry and Nigeria.

Group Managing Director, 101.7 YesFM Ibadan, Mr. Yemi Sonde, who witnessed the election, congratulated the newly elected president and other members.

He charged the new excos to live up to expectations.
