Mercy Eke, a prominent contestant in the Big Brother Naija house, has emerged victorious as this week’s Head of House (HOH), following a highly competitive contest that revolved around a sand and seesaw game.
In this captivating challenge, housemates were pitted against each other, tasked with strategically dropping sand into the opposing contestants’ empty boxes.
In the initial round, six determined housemates advanced to the second stage: Pere, Doyin, Mercy Eke, Adekunle, Soma, and NeoEnergy.
As the competition progressed, Adekunle and Soma were eventually disqualified from the game, leaving Doyin, Neo, and Mercy to vie for the ultimate spot in the final round.
In a thrilling culmination, Mercy Eke emerged as the triumphant victor, securing her status as the first female Head of House for the season.
In line with her newly acquired privilege, she handpicked Angel, Whitemoney, Doyin, and Frodd as her BFFs, granting them unrestricted access to the perks associated with the HOH role.
Meanwhile, a twist unfolded as Alex stumbled upon the first black envelope concealed within the lounge area.
To her delight, the envelope held the precious gift of ‘Immunity,’ ensuring her safety from eviction for the upcoming week.
Conversely, Tolani Baj chanced upon the second black envelope, only to discover the message ‘better luck next time’ contained within.
