BBNaija S10: Denari, Danboskid accuse housemates of faking fights, tears for sympathy

Big Brother Naija Season 10 housemates, Denari and Danboskid, have stirred controversy after alleging that the series of heated altercations and emotional breakdowns in the house on Tuesday night were staged for sympathy and screen time.

Tuesday’s episode was filled with drama, as tensions flared among several housemates: Koyin clashed with Kaybobo, Mensan faced off with Kaybobo in a separate argument, Ivatar and Otega exchanged words, and Rooboy took on the Head of House, Jason Jae. These confrontations left Koyin, Mensan, and Kaybobo visibly emotional, with all three seen in tears.

However, during a private conversation, Denari expressed skepticism, insisting that some of the emotional outbursts were carefully calculated performances.

“People escalate things in this house and I’m sitting back and observing. It’s a performance—I can see they are acting all these things. Some tears I have seen are not genuine. Mensan cried fake tears, and Kaybobo also cried fake tears because he has been watching this guy cry,” Denari said.

Danboskid agreed, claiming that Kaybobo mimicked Mensan’s breakdown to draw attention.
“Kaybobo was crying because he wants to have the attention he saw the housemates giving to Mensan,” he stated.

The duo then hinted at staging their own dramatic moment to level the playing field.

“We need our own flare-up moment. We need a perfect performance; a proper flare-up that will start from an anti-climax to the climax,” Denari suggested.

Danboskid asked, “Now, we are acting?” To which Denari replied, “No, we are giving a performance. We don’t care!”

As the week unfolds, fans will be watching closely to see whether Denari and Danboskid deliver on their “performance” plans or if the drama in Biggie’s house will continue to blur the lines between reality and strategy.
