Yesterday evening, during rush hour when workers were returning home, Uncle Joe bus stop at Mokola Roundabout in Ibadan was thrown into tumult as cows numbering about 40 came out from a street to the Mokola main road. It was very shocking that these cows were without a herdsman as they charged at both pedestrians and commuters, destroying people’s goods in the process. The truth is they belong to somebody.
A similar case happened not quite long when a traveler ran into a cow that slept on the road in the wee hours of the morning causing serious accidents and damage. The government should please look into this with urgency and stop this barbaric act before things get out of hand and people start taking laws into their hands.
