THE Africa Insurance Women Association (AIWA) plans to deliberate on trends, challenges, and opportunities within the insurance industry, with a focus on the pivotal role of women in shaping its future.
The discussion will take place at the first-ever International Conference for Women in Insurance scheduled for later in the year, and industry leaders, policymakers, and stakeholders from across the globe are expected to be present at the event.
The conference theme which is: “The Future of Insurance: Trends, Challenges, and Opportunities”, will feature a series of keynote addresses, panel discussions, workshops, and cultural performances.
Attendees will have the opportunity to engage with distinguished speakers and experts, including top executives, government officials, and influential figures from the insurance sector.
Also, the event will provide a platform for networking and knowledge-sharing among professionals dedicated to advancing the insurance industry in Africa.
Mrs Margaret Nkechi Moore, President of the Africa Insurance Women Association (AIWA), while expressing enthusiasm about the upcoming event said, “This conference marks a pivotal moment for the insurance industry in Africa. Mrs Ebelechukwu Nwachukwu, the Chairman of the Local Organising Committee (LOC), also highlighted the significance of the event.
