Drooling during sleep is normal but when it becomes constant then you need to seek help. There are different ways to stop drooling during sleep that you can explore. Here are the ways to stop drooling during sleep:
1. Treat allergies
What are your allergies? If you have and still drool, you need to go for treatment to enable you breathe through your nose instead of your mouth. You would definitely experience less drooling when you do this.
2. Speech therapy
Engaging in speech therapy is another way to stop drooling during sleep. Your speech therapist will teach you exercises that would strengthen your jaw muscles and tongue. After this, you should be able to breathe very well with your mouth closed, and of course, you won’t have problems swallowing, hence, drooling stops.

5. Change sleeping positions
The first and easy action you can take to stop drooling is to change your sleeping position. Whereas, a new pillow might be required if you really want to achieve a new result. Thin pillow would suit a side sleeper while for stomach sleeper, a much thinner pillow would be better.
