Zelenskyy a ‘dictator without elections’ – Trump

President Donald Trump criticised Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy on Wednesday, calling him a “dictator without elections” following Ukraine’s exclusion from recent peace negotiations with Russia.

“A Dictator without Elections, Zelenskyy better move fast or he is not going to have a country left. In the meantime, we are successfully negotiating an end to the War with Russia, something all admit only ‘TRUMP,’ and the Trump Administration, can do…,” Trump stated on TRUTH Social.

Trump’s remarks come amid ongoing diplomatic efforts to broker a resolution to the conflict between Ukraine and Russia.

His comments underscore a growing rift between him and Zelenskyy, particularly concerning Ukraine’s governance since the Russian invasion.

Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent also weighed in on the situation, discussing his meeting with Zelenskyy, the US economy, and the Trump administration’s tariff strategy during an appearance on ‘Special Report.’
