Victor Ugwu, the Chief Executive Officer of one of the leading clothing firms in Nigeria, Marvclothing, has narrated how he got into the business emphasising on his early days.
Ugwu said that his first modeling gig came as a shock because he wasn’t as experienced as he is now and that was what he leveraged on to build himself as a brand.
He further said that after the gig, he thought of creating a clothing brand where he can freely espouse fashion lovers to international ways of the clothing industry.
“I drew my inspiration from the likes of FashionNova, Zara, a few to mention and these techniques have been working for me since I started about five years ago.
“My customers have never had any reason to complain either about our service or wears sold because I have always prioritise giving them the best they can get anywhere.
“Despite not being aninspiration to up-and-coming models, I am also looking up to other top-notch models who thrive in dedication to their brands and persons.
Speaking on the inspiration behind his brand name, the business mogul saidi was coined from “Marvellous” because it is how he has wanted his brand to be.
