Comrade Philip Shaibu, the embattled deputy governor of Edo State, has finally voted in his Unit 5 ward 11, as the BIVAS machine originally deployed to the centre at about 2:20 pm eventually came up after developing a technical glitch.
The deputy governor and others were said to have cast their votes at about 3 pm, after waiting for several hours following a technical glitch in the BIVAS machines.
