THE Muslim Congress (TMC) has announced that its 2025 National Islamic Training Programme (NITP) will take place from Wednesday, 24 December to Sunday, 28th December, 2025.
NITP, a flagship event organised by TMC’s national headquarters, is an annual camping programme that brings together adult males from diverse backgrounds across Nigeria’s regions.
At the launch event marking the start of mobilisation efforts, chairman of the organising committee, Malam Saheed Gbadebo, said this year’s camp will be bigger, better and more impactful.
He revealed that the programme will be held concurrently across four zones in Ogun, Oyo, Edo states and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja.
“The TMC NITP has a long-standing tradition of offering delegates transformative opportunities to learn, network and grow. Previous editions have enabled participants to gain new insights that deepen their practice of the Deen, fostered lasting relationships that positively changed personal lives and unlocked fresh professional possibilities,” Gbadebo stated.
He added: “The 2025 NITP will uphold this legacy while being more educational, entertaining and fulfilling. The programme will feature engaging learning sessions, practical spiritual experiences, thought-provoking professional workshops and exciting activities designed to enrich, inspire and fulfill every delegate.”
Malam Gbadebo called on TMC members to actively promote the programme, emphasising that the success of the annual camp is a shared responsibility beyond the organising committee.
“As members and potential delegates, your role goes beyond attendance. You are ambassadors of the 2025 NITP. Use your voice on social media, within your organisations and in your communities to spread the word and encourage participation,” he said.
He also encouraged early registration, highlighting the benefit of securing a place at the lowest possible fee.
“Timely payments are crucial as they enable us to plan efficiently and deliver an outstanding programme.”
In addition, Malam Gbadebo invited individuals and businesses to consider sponsorship and exhibition opportunities to support the significant costs associated with hosting a high-quality event.
“We rely on funding from entrepreneurs and supporters, large and small, to bridge financial gaps and create memorable experiences at the 2025 NITP,” he explained.
He expressed gratitude to past sponsors and prayed for Almighty Allah’s blessings upon them and other supporters and wished for a successful 2025 programme.
