The Celebrity Coach, Aituaje Iruobe popularly known as Waje has sent Eazzie to the Battles over Teslim during the performance of her Team members at the ongoing The Voice Nigeria Season 3.
Teslim, who was the first to take the stage in the team, made a rendition of Styl Plus’ ‘Run Away’, and gave Yemi Alade a rose.Â
Despite his performance, The Team Coach sent him to the Danger Zone awaiting the performances of others in order to make a final decision.Â
Having listened to all her talents, Waje gave only Nuel Ayo and Inioluwa an automatic ticket to the Battles.

Meanwhile, Anu got a steal from Yemi Alade whose team is now complete.
Commenting on Eazzie’s performance, Waje felt the 24-year-old talent should have impressed them more than he did; hence, the shocking surprise that Eazzie could still be favoured more than Teslim.Â
Based on this, arguments have been hitted up as some opined that her decision was emotionally-inclined, while others stated that Teslim’s performance was more commendable than that of Eazzie and consequently, Eazzie should have been dropped instead of Teslim.Â
While responding to the public outcry via her Twitter handle, Waje said it’s a game, so there are bound to be winners and losers.
