Organisers of the annual comedy concert aimed at bringing laughter to the face of people even at pressing times of the country, The Twist in Oliver have concluded to hold this year’s event on November 21.
According to the convener, Babatunde Femi Fadipe, popularly known as MC Oliver, it is imperative to make people happy despite pressures and challenges around the country in bringing about relief to souls and bodies.
“We will be bringing comedy juggernauts from around the southwestern states to crack people up, make them laugh, and relieve their stress. We have had two successful concerts in 2018 and 2019. We couldn’t hold the concert in 2020 because of the pandemic, but we are back bigger, better, and stronger,” he stated.
MC Oliver also noted that The Twist in Oliver 3.0 will not only feature comedy but also music, drama, dance, and also awards to people who have in one way or another contributed to the growth and expansion of the show.
