Bauchi State Council of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), has congratulated the State Governor, Sen Bala Abdulkadir Muhammad over the Supreme Court judgment that affirmed his election.
The Union in a statement issued by the State Chairman, Comrade Ibrahim Malam Goje, described the judgment as the final triumph of justice and the affirmation of the will of the people of Bauchi State massively given to Sen Bala Mohammed Abdulkadir.

The statement further contained that the judgment had further strengthened the confidence of the people on the integrity of the Supreme Court.
The Union stated that the ruling consolidated the platform for the Governor to continue in his commitment towards greater productivity without further distractions from any angle.
The statement then expressed optimism that Governor Bala Muhammad will now fully concentrate on his developmental policies and programmes aimed at taking the state to the Promised Land.
