A source at the palace who pleaded for anonymity remarked that gunmen stormed the palace of the traditional ruler at about 9:00 pm and asked him to come out of the house.
It was learnt that one of the guards at the palace who was said to have stepped in to prevent the gunmen from taking the traditional ruler away, was also kidnapped by the gunmen.
The duo was later drove out of the palace in a waiting car to an unknown destination.
The traditional ruler is a younger brother of Bishop Mathew Hassan Kukah.
Meanwhile, barely two days ago on Monday morning, gunmen shot and killed a traditional ruler and his wife in a village in Sanga local government of the state.
As at the time of filing this report, the police public relations officer in Kaduna State, Hussain Mukhtar Aliyu could not confirmed the incident .
