A member of the House of Representatives representing Isa-Sabon federal constituency, Sokoto State, AbdulKadii Jelani Danbuga is dead.
A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the state who spoke with our correspondent on condition of anonymity said his remains will arrive in Sokoto today (Wednesday) for proper burial in accordance with Islamic rite.
He disclosed that the lawmaker who was elected on the platform of the ruling APC reportedly died in Abuja on Tuesday evening after battling with sickness for some time.
