THE Osun State chapter of the Social Democratic Party (SDP) holds its mega rally in Osogbo, on Thursday, September 6, 2018, 10:00 a.m. at the Freedom Park, Osogbo, where its candidate, Senator Iyiola Omisore and his running mate, Alhaji Azeez Yemi Lawal, will be presented with SDP official flags ahead of the September 22 governorship election by the national chairman of the party, Chief Olu False, the party said in a statement on Tuesday.

The spokesperson of SDP, Mr Taiwo Akeju, in the statement, said, also expected at “the historic rally are SDP national executive members, Prof Tunde Adeniran, Dr Yemi Farounbi, including SDP presidential aspirants, Prof Jerry Gana and Dr Donald Duke, likewise leaders of the pan Yoruba social-political group, Afenifere, like Chief Reuben Fasonranti, Chief Ayo Adebanjo and a host of others.”
