Thinklab Group Limited, a private organization, has announced its commitment to implementing the new national minimum wage for all its employees.
Starting in July 2024, Thinklab Group Limited said it will ensure that all employees receive a minimum wage that meets the newly established national standard. This change, according to the firm, is expected to positively impact the lives of numerous staff members, providing them with a higher standard of living and increased financial stability.
The Group Managing Director of Thinklab Group Limited, Dr. Babagana Mohammed, said this proactive decision demonstrates the company’s dedication to prioritizing the well-being and financial security of its workforce.
He also explained that by implementing the National Minimum Wage, the organization aims to promote a culture of equality, transparency, and social responsibility within the organization.
