Ogudu Omokhafe Clifford, a talented actor, musician and a producer, has carved a notable niche for himself in Nigeria’s thriving film industry, Nollywood. Born on October 9, 1996, in Otuo, Edo State, Clifford’s passion for entertainment was ignited through church drama, paving the way for his remarkable journey.
Clifford’s acting debut was in “The Gods Have Failed” (2010-2012), a church-produced drama where he played the chief priest. This foundational experience sparked his interest in storytelling. His second film, “My Mother’s Blood” (2014), showcased his versatility as producer and director in his village, demonstrating early signs of his multifaceted talent.
Joining Nollywood in 2019, Clifford faced numerous challenges, including financial hardship, particularly in 2020 and 2021. However, his determination prevailed. Inspired by renowned actor Kenneth Okonkwo and musically Evang. Ifeanyichukwu Onyeachonam, Clifford’s resolve strengthened.
As a highlife musician, Clifford had a university band, performing at burial and marriage ceremonies. Though he paused his music pursuit for Nollywood, he has released two singles, highlighting his artistic range.
Through realistic, relatable stories, Clifford aims to educate, inspire and provide solutions. “I want viewers to connect with my films, learn from life situations and find answers.” His films reflect everyday struggles, fostering empathy and understanding.

Clifford resides in Lagos/Asaba, Nigeria. Unmarried, he is the firstborn of four siblings: Ogudu Jeninfer, Ogudu Ruth and Ogudu Emmanuella.
